Q. Do you offer short term leasing?

A. Yes! We offer a wide range of lease terms. Based on availability, we can accommodate short term leases between 1 – 3 months.

Q. Are the apartments furnished?

A. Yes, all of our apartments come furnished with a bed, 2 dresser drawers, work desk and office chair, a sofa and side chair, coffee table, end table, as well as stools for the eat-in kitchen. Upgrades for kitchen utensils and linen rentals are also available.

Q. Do I have to have a roommate before I move in?

A. No, because of our unique by-the-bed- leasing, you are able to move-in to any apartment style of your choice depending on availability. If you’re looking for a room and/or a roommate we will use our resident created, roommate matching system to get compatible residents in the same apartment. Our by-the-bed leasing requires that each person signs an individual lease.

Q. Does the rent include utilities?

A. Yes! ALL utilities, along with HD cable and 60 mbps high speed internet are included in the monthly rent. No need to set up each utility and pay separate bills.

Q. Is the laundry in the apartment homes?

A. Yes! All of our apartments are equipped with washers and dryers for your convenience.

Q. Does 318 Commons offer parking?

A. Yes! We are conveniently located directly across the street from the 3rd Street Parking Ramp with reserved parking spots for our residents. 318 Commons is connected to the parking ramp via Skyway so no need to trek through the bitter cold to get to your car! Parking is not included in rent, and contracted through Lanier Parking. The process is simple and it all starts with signing a lease with us!

Q. Does 318 Commons require a security deposit?

A. Each resident is required to pay a refundable security deposit of $400
